Although her conservatorship is set to end, Britney Spears will still have Papa Spears in charge for the time being.

Her court appearance, which was scheduled in El Lay this afternoon, has been delayed. The pop princess was set to meet with Judge Reva Goetz at 1:30pm to discuss her progress, but rumor has it that both parties need more time before the meeting.

No date has been set to continue talks, but we think she deserves to have control over her own life.
